DEHRADUN, 11 Jul: Former MLAs from across Uttarakhand on Saturday called on Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Sevak Sadan in the camp office here and extended their congratulations on completing the longest tenure as Chief Sevak of the State. They lauded his leadership, saying that under his stewardship Uttarakhand has achieved significant progress in development, good governance and welfare. They also praised the Government’s initiatives across various sectors, noting that decisions taken with priority for public interest have had a wide positive impact.
The CM expressed gratitude to the former MLAs and emphasised that the experience and guidance of public representatives has always been vital for the state’s progress. He claimed the government is consistently working for comprehensive development, transparency, good governance and public service, with the aim of ensuring that the benefits of schemes reach every section of society and Uttarakhand achieves new dimensions of growth. He added that with collective cooperation and participation, efforts are being made to place the state among the leading states of the country.
On this occasion, the former MLAs also congratulated the CM for major achievements in development, welfare and governance in recent years, appreciating his successful and people-centric leadership. The former MLAs who called on the CM today included Kashi Singh Airi, Dinesh Agarwal, Deshraj Karnwal, Lakhiram Joshi, Pushpesh Tripathi, Dhan Singh Negi, Kedar Singh Rawat, Rajkumar, Vijaya Barthwal, Suresh Chandra Arya and Jot Singh Gunsola.
