CM hears 136th edition of Mann Ki Baat with ESM

Dehradun, 26 Jul: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, along with veterans and families of martyred soldiers, listened to the 136th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” at Gandhi Park, here, on Sunday.
Dhami stated that the “Mann Ki Baat” programme has become a positive guiding force for the lives of citizens. This programme inspires various sections of society and serves as an effective medium for disseminating issues related to national development and public participation.
The Chief Minister noted that the Prime Minister’s “Mann Ki Baat” programme drew the nation’s attention to important topics such as DRDO’s achievements, India’s growing self-reliance in defence production, defence product exports, water conservation, the promotion of handicrafts, and “Vocal for Local”. He stated that this message from the Prime Minister further strengthens the resolve for a self-reliant India.
The Chief Minister stated that under the Prime Minister’s leadership, India is continuously scaling new heights in defence, science, technology, innovation, and economic development. Today, India is progressing rapidly in every field, and the development of border areas is progressing rapidly. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the dreams of every person are becoming a reality.
Present on the occasion were Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal, MLA Munna Singh Chauhan, Officer-in-Charge Subhash Barthwal, Secretary Yugal Kishore Pant, Major General Shammi Sabharwal (Retd), and others.
