Haldwani, 27 Jul: In-charge of BJP affairs in Uttarakhand, Dushyant Gautam reached Haldwani here today. Here, he held a press conference regarding the budget of the third term of the Modi government and praised the works and the performance of the Modi government. On this occasion, Dushyant Gautam claimed that the Modi government has presented its 15th budget, which is historic for the country as well as Uttarakhand. In this budget, everyone from poor to the rich and from the farmer to the labourer has been taken care of.
Apart from this, Dushyant Gautam also targeted the opposition parties. The senior BJP leader claimed that Congress people are going to jail one after the other in cases of corruption. Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are also currently out on bail in the case of corruption related to National Herald. Congress leaders have no hesitation in telling blatant and continuous lies. They are currently engaged in full time politics of lying. India is supplying weapons to other countries. He said that special provision has been made for the farmers in this budget. Also, the country is exporting in the field of defence for the first time. Till now the country was dependent on other countries in the field of defence but for the first time it has happened that India is now supplying weapons to other countries.
Dushyant Gautam also praised the Dhami government of Uttarakhand. He claimed that the Dhami government of the state is doing better work and in this budget, the Modi government has taken special care of Uttarakhand. He also claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a lot of affection for Uttarakhand and in this budget, a provision has been made for the development of Uttarakhand.
Gautam also responded to questions regarding the defeat of BJP in the Manglaur and Badrinath byelections in Uttarakhand. The BJP State In charge claimed that Manglaur has never been won by BJP but still its candidate in Manglaur lost the election by a narrow margin. At the same time, Badrinath seat keeps alternating between Congress and BJP. However, the BJP will seriously introspect on both the losses and take corrective measures, he claimed.
Praising the Dhami government, Dushyant Gautam said that for the first time in Uttarakhand, there is such a government, which has set an example by bringing UCC, anti-copying and anti-riot laws. Today, on the lines of Uttarakhand, the central and other state governments are going to enforce these laws.
