Dehradun, 23 Jul: The new academic session for students at Graphic Era will begin from 24 July. The session will start with an interesting induction program.
A special 15-day induction programme will be held at Graphic Era Deemed University for BTech students from tomorrow. The aim of this multi-dimensional programme is not just to introduce students to the academic environment but also to identify their hidden talents and help in their overall personality development.
The programme will begin with an ice-breaking session during which students will interact with each other and build a spirit of cooperation. Talent promotion activities like cultural performances, art and music programmes, debates, and group discussions will also be organised. To enhance students’ technical skills, various technical workshops will also be conducted. Subject experts will share practical knowledge and information about new technologies.
During this period, entrepreneurship awareness sessions will also be held through Graphic Era’s Technology Business Incubator (TBI), where students will learn about start-up culture, innovation, business model development, and funding.
A Global Village event will also be organised, at which international students will showcase their culture, art, food, and traditional attire. This event will promote global inclusion and cultural diversity. Along with this, sessions on digital literacy, cyber security, and Universal Human Values will also be held. The university will also take students on educational visits to various scenic locations to introduce them to the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Uttarakhand.
