Dehradun, 5 Aug: Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) has expressed deep sorrow over the cloudburst incident in Dharali village of the Harshil area in Uttarkashi district. He extended his condolences to the affected families and prayed for the safety of all.
He also prayed to God to give strength to those affected to overcome this difficult time.
