Dehradun, 15 Jul: Sinmit Communications organised the Miss Personality and Miss Catwalk 2025 sub-contests on Monday. Participants captivated the audience with their elegance and charm on the ramp. During the event, Aanchal Farswan was crowned Miss Personality.
The Miss Personality contest was held at Avalon Aviation Academy on Rajpur Road, where participants presented themselves with confidence and spoke about their personality traits. Meanwhile, the Miss Catwalk sub-title contest took place at Romeo Lane, also on Rajpur Road, where models impressed everyone with their ramp walk.
Young women from various places including Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Uttarkashi, Nainital, Rudrapur, Pithoragarh, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Khatima and other regions took part in the contests.
On the occasion, Dalip Sindhi, Director of Sinmit Communications, announced that the Grand Finale of Miss Uttarakhand will be held on 19 July. He also shared that, for the first time ever, the winner of Miss Uttarakhand will get a direct entry into Femina Miss India Uttarakhand, marking a significant milestone for the pageant.
The finale will take place at Hyatt Centric, and Director Rajeev Mittal expressed pride in the achievement, calling it an honourable moment. The participants are also thrilled with this new opportunity.
The judging panel included Miss Uttarakhand 2023 Aishwarya Bisht, Miss Uttarakhand 2024 Tanya, and Miss Uttarakhand 2023 Second Runner-up Mansi Grewal.
Special support for the event was provided by Choreographer Jazz Pushkar Soni, Coordinator Himani Rawat, and Rajeev Kaushik from New Era.
