BJP holds protest against Pak FM Bilawal Bhutto’s remarks against Modi

Dehradun, 17 Dec: BJP today staged protests and burnt effigies to protest against the derogatory remarks of Pakistan Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto in respect of PM Modi. On this occasion, State BJP President, Mahendra Bhatt led the protests and he said that Pakistan, which was the hub and a safe haven for terrorists has stooped very low in coming out with derogatory remarks in respect of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Bhatt also observed that the world was now recognising the misdeeds of Pakistan and its support to terror activities.
On the instructions of State President Mahendra Bhatt, today a large number of party workers in all the districts of Uttarakhand took to the streets against the derogatory statement given by Bhutto on PM Modi in UNO. In the same sequence, a rally was taken out from the BJP Mahanagar office till Clock Tower crossing in Dehradun and an effigy of Bilawal Bhutto was also burnt. BJP leaders and workers demanded an apology from the Government of Pakistan with loud slogans against Bilawal Bhutto.
Bhatt said, today India had now exposed the terrorist face of Pakistan in front of the world, that was why no country was standing with it and it was on the verge of financial collapse. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto had crossed all limits of decency while using derogatory language against Indian PM Modi. He also demanded his dismissal by the Pakistani government and said that the countrymen and BJP workers were very angry with him and with Pakistan for this.
A large number of party officials and workers including Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal, Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama, Rajpur MLA Khajan Das, Puneet Mittal, Devendra Bhasin, Neha Joshi, Mahanagar BJP President Siddharth Aggarwal, Jogendra Pundir, Sunita Vidyarti participated in the rally.
Pakistan on verge of financial collapse: Dhami

Dehradun, 17 Dec: Reacting to the ‘derogatory’ statement of Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister today asserted that Pakistan was on the verge of financial collapse. In a tweet posted today , he was reacting to the statement of Bhutto in respect of Modi. He said, “Pakistan’s economy has become a joke and they’re on the verge of destruction, so they’re trying to divert attention from all these by making such ridiculous statements”.
