Cambrian Hall wins DDPSA Senior Girls’ Basketball Final

Dehradun, 14 Nov: The finale of the DDPSA Senior Girls’ Inter School Basketball Tournament was held between Cambrian Hall and Doon Girls School at The Aryan School, here, today. The 2024 tournament was won by Cambrian Hall School.
Dicky Tenzin from Cambrian Hall was awarded as the ‘Most Valuable Player’, while Tenzin Youdon from the Doon Girls’ School was presented the title of ‘Most Promising Player’.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was Principal, Doon Valley School, Charanjeet Singh Soi.
The schools that participated in the tournament were The Aryan School, Doon Girls’ School, Cambrian Hall School, Doon Cambridge, St Jude’s School, St Thomas’s College and Moravian Institute.
B Dasgupta, Principal of The Aryan School, congratulated the winning team and appreciated the sportsmanship of all the participating schools. During her address, she said, “The spirit and dedication displayed by all the teams were truly inspiring. This tournament highlights the importance of sports in fostering teamwork, resilience, and excellence. Congratulations to the team of Cambrian Hall School for their outstanding performance.”
