Dehradun, 4 May: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of PC Joshi, husband of former MP and senior BJP leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi. In his condolence message, the CM prayed for peace to the departed soul and wished strength for the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
He said that the passing of PC Joshi is a moment of grief and extended his heartfelt sympathies to the family members. Dhami emphasised that in such difficult times, prayers and collective support are the only solace for those left behind.
It may be recalled that PC Joshi passed away suddenly at around 7 a.m. at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. His demise has cast a deep pall of grief among family members, well-wishers and acquaintances.
According to information received from the family, the mortal remains have been brought to Prayagraj this afternoon. The last rites will be performed tomorrow at 2 p.m. in Prayagraj. It may be reminded here that Rita Bahuguna Joshi is daughter of veteran leader and former UP CM late HN Bahuguna.
