Dehradun, 30 Jul: BJP’s state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan today claimed that due to its extreme political ambition and strong opposition to Sanatan, Congress has lost its credibility and is now engaged in hatching a conspiracy to push the Char Dham area into a quagmire of controversies. Chauhan also claimed that those in Congress taking out the Padyatra in the name of Kedarnath have acted in the past as traitors of Sanatan.
Responding to the question asked on the Kedarnath Yatra of Congress during an interaction with the media persons at BJP State Headquarters here today, Chauhan claimed that Congress has crossed all limits by trying every trick in the trade to cash in on the electoral opportunity. Chauhan also claimed that a person who went to jail for drug smuggling in Sahaspur has been made the block president of Congress in Ukhimath, the land of Kedar. Through this appointment, it can be understood what message Congress wants to give to the youth and women power of the area. Right now, the mountainous regions and the four Dhams are free from drugs, but such actions by the Congress pose serious questions regarding the law and order in the state and in and around the Dhams.
Chauhan said that Congress leaders have been demanding Muslim reservation and celebrating Babri Masjid Martyrdom Black Day on 6 December and that some of these leaders are also a part of the ongoing Padyatra of Congress to Kedarnath. If those who curse the Sanatan Gods and Goddesses, day and night, suddenly show their loyalty and love for Kedarnath Pratishtha, then what can be more dramatic than this the BJP leader asked. The anti-Sanatan and the demand for Muslim reservation supporters accompanying and marching along with the State Congress President are also exposing the real intentions of the Congress.
Chauhan said that when the big leaders of the party have shied away from this anti-Sanatan Yatra, the appeasement policy of the Congress continues. He asserted that the malicious conspiracy against the Dhams will not be accepted in any way by the people. BJP will not tolerate the influx of anti-Sanatan people in holy places, because their only aim is to defame the Sanatan customs, principles, traditions and religious identity in the country and the world.
