Dehradun, 12 Dec: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the ongoing lawn bowling camp at the Pavilion Ground here today. During his visit, he interacted with the players and coaches, offering them words of encouragement. To further motivate the players, the Chief Minister stepped onto the field and also tried his hand at the sport.
Wishing the participants success in the upcoming 38th National Games, the CM expressed his pride in Uttarakhand’s players, who have consistently brought recognition to the state at both national and international levels. He assured the government’s unwavering support to the athletes, highlighting its commitment to their growth and achievements.
Dhami also urged the players to remain dedicated, disciplined, and hardworking in their pursuit of excellence in the sport. On this occasion, Special Principal Secretary, Sports, Amit Sinha, Sports Director Prashant Arya, Dhirendra Panwar, and several other officials were also present.
