3 Day International Conference at Graphic Era

Dehradun, 22 Feb: Experts emphasized on promoting research works in physics and chemistry. On this occasion, a paper presentation competition was held, in which Dr Ipsita Mohanty from Dharanidhar University, Odisha, secured the first position.
Researchers from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Russia along with various states of India participated in this international conference on Physics and Chemistry of Materials. In this 3 day conference 110 research papers and 20 posters were presented. On the last day today, Tushar Kumar from Graphic Era Deemed University secured second position in the paper presentation competition. In the poster presentation competition participants won in different categories. In the faculty category Juzer Ali from Government College, Dewas, Alok Upadhyay from Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra in Phd scholar’s category and Nitin Kumar from NIT Jalandhar in M.Sc category secured the first prize.
The international conference was organized by the Department of Physics in collaboration with Samriddhi Vigyan Shodh Samiti, Indore. HoD Dr Fateh Singh Gill, Dr Sandeep Kumar from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, Dr KK Choudhary from Indian Military Academy along with Organizing Secretary Dr Sanjeev Kimothi, Dr Deepak and Dr Netram Kaurav from Govt Holkar Science College, Indore, faculty members, PhD Scholars and students were present in the conference through offline and online mode.
