Dehradun, 3 Nov: Transgender artist and Padma Shri awardee Dr Narthaki Nataraj performed Bharatnatyam dance for the students of Kasiga School, here, today.
Dr Nataraj performed a traditional repertoire of Bharatanatyam pieces and mesmerised the audience with her phenomenal moves and facial expressions.
On the occasion, she said, “I feel that dance is one of the most incredible ways to create connection with our bodies and fundamentally with our inner selves.”
