Dehradun, 17 Jan: First Lady Gurmeet Kaur distributed blankets to daily wage employees working at the Raj Bhavan on the occasion of “Lohri Utsav”.
While distributing blankets to these daily wage employees of the Horticulture Department and PWD Department, Gurmeet Kaur congratulated all on the occasion of Lohri. She advised everyone to take care of their health during the winter season.
Gurmeet Kaur said that these workers have a huge role in keeping the Raj Bhavan complex clean and green. She appreciated the work done by all the personnel.
First Lady Gurmeet Kaur also fed the cows in Raj Bhavan cow shed. The event was organised by women officers working at the Raj Bhavan. They also enjoyed various entertainment activities.
