DEHRADUN, 9 May: Hilton’s School celebrated holistic excellence at its Annual Prize Day held on Friday, for the academic session 2025–2026.
The prize distribution ceremony honoured and felicitated the achievers for their outstanding performance. Awards were also presented for excellence in sports and co-curricular activities. Anthony House was awarded the prestigious “Cock House Trophy” for the year 2025–2026. Sapeksh Raj Trehan (ISC Topper), along with Ramanpreet Kaur and Ishika Aggrawal (ICSE Toppers), were felicitated for their exceptional academic achievements in the board examinations.
The Investiture Ceremony of the Students’ Council was also held on this occasion. Head Boy Ritik Joshi and Head Girl Adamya Singh led the newly elected council in taking the pledge to uphold the school’s values with responsibility, discipline, and leadership.
Principal David J Hilton, inspired the students to pursue their aspirations with dedication and to grow into responsible, patriotic citizens and compassionate human beings. The event also showcased the vibrant talents of the students through a colourful and engaging cultural programme.
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment. This was followed by an invocation prayer seeking the well-being of the students and staff. The welcome dance was followed by the school choir’s soulful rendition of the meaningful anthem, “We Are the World…”
The impressive ceremony concluded with the School Song, fostering a spirit of unity and pride among all present.
Anthony House was the winner of The Cock House Trophy.
