Dehradun, 28 Jan: The camp office of the State Level Women Entrepreneurship Council, Uttarakhand, was inaugurated by former Governor and former Chief Minister Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Race Course, here, today.
Chief Guest Koshyari said that, whether in the country or the state, women are given respect and honour by the BJP government. He recalled the way Vinod Uniyal worked for progress of the organisation without holding any post till date. After her new responsibility, he was hopeful that she would be able to contribute more.
Congratulating the government and party chief, he said that they had chosen a capable person to head the council.
Cantt MLA Savita Kapoor also congratulated the Vinod Uniyal and said that she would definitely contribute fully in empowering women.
Vice President, State Women Entrepreneurship Council, Vinod Uniyal expressed gratitude to everyone. A large number of BJP workers, officials of Deendayal Seva Pratishthan, social workers participated in the programme and extended good wishes.
