DEHRADUN, 6 Sept: Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Saturday met Colonel Sanjeev Dattana of the Military Dental Centre, Dehradun, at Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, Colonel Dattana briefed the Governor about the three-day free Dental camp organized from August 19-21 at the Military Dental Centre.
He informed that a large number of ex-servicemen and their family members participated in the camp. Colonel Dattana further mentioned that the camp was highly successful and proved to be particularly helpful for the ex-servicemen community.
The Governor appreciated this initiative, stating that taking care of ex-servicemen and their families is our duty. He said such camps are inspiring for society and should continue to be organized in the future. The Governor also announced that another free dental camp will be organized in the coming days, in which civil citizens will also be provided with healthcare services.
