Hackathon held at Graphic Era

Dehradun, 9 Sep: In the Hackathon organised at Graphic Era here, today, students demonstrated revolutionary solutions which included new technologies like Virtual Garden.
Various locations across the country have been selected for the Hackathon competition, including Graphic Era Deemed University. As many as 153 teams are participating in the hackathon. In the Hackathon, students are rigorously finding solutions to various problems with the help of new technologies. Emotion sensing AI such as Edu Learn AI for study management, wardrobe management and modern ideas to improve dressing style are included.
These ideas will be examined by Dr Prabhdeep Singh, Dr Sumit Pundir, Dr Sarishma Dangi, Siddhant Thapliyal and Akshay Rajput. Winning teams of hackathon will get an opportunity to take their ideas and prototypes forward in the Smart India Hackathon. More than 900 students from Graphic Era Deemed University and Graphic Era Hill University are participating in this internal hackathon.
The hackathon has been organised by The Ministry of Education and All India Council for Technical Education in collaboration with Graphic Era’s TBI cell. On this occasion, Director of Research and Development Dr Bhasker Pant, HOD, Computer Science and Engineering, Dr Devesh Pratap Singh, and Dr Abhishek Sharma were also present.
