Multipurpose Camp & Grand Rally to be held in Mussoorie Constituency on 29 March

Dehradun, 26 Mar: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi held a meeting today at Radha Krishna Temple, Doon Vihar, and Jakhan Ward to discuss preparations for the multipurpose camp and grand rally scheduled for 29 March at Survey Stadium, Hathibarkala, in his Mussoorie Assembly Constituency. The event is being organised to mark three successful years of the state government. Party officials and local residents participated in the meeting and shared their inputs to ensure the programme’s success.

During the meeting, Minister Ganesh Joshi highlighted the achievements of the government over the past three years, including:

  • Uttarakhand becoming the first state to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), giving the state a new identity.
  • Implementation of a strict land law in line with public sentiment.
  • Successful hosting of the 38th National Games, showcasing the state’s sports potential.

The Minister also announced that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will be present at the multipurpose camp, where various government departments will set up stalls to provide detailed information about government schemes. Eligible beneficiaries will also receive direct benefits on the spot.

He urged party workers and local residents to mobilise maximum participation, emphasising that the event will greatly benefit the public by raising awareness about government initiatives and ensuring their reach to every household.

Several dignitaries were present at the meeting, including Corporator Meenakshi Nautiyal, former Corporator Sanjay Nautiyal, JP Dimri, Anuj Sharma, Nisha Sharma, Bhavana Bisht, Rekha Rawat, Poonam Rawat, Meena Panwar, Chaman Rawat, former Corporator Kamal Thapa, Varun Kshetri, Jagdish Lakhera, Jeevan Thapa, and Gaurav Kumar.
