Mussoorie, 24 Jun: The new executive committee of the Mussoorie Sports and Cultural Committee was announced, today. Surendra Rana has been appointed as President, Sameer Raina, Secretary, and Sunil Panwar, Treasurer.
In the committee meeting held in a hotel, here, Samuel Chand resigned from the post of General Secretary and Neeraj Agarwal from the post of Treasurer, which was unanimously accepted by the committee.
Sameer Raina was appointed as Secretary and Sunil Panwar, Treasurer. Committee President Surendra Rana said that the committee has once again expressed confidence in him, and he will try to do better work in the field of sports and culture with the cooperation of all the members and office bearers of the committee. He said that in the past also many competitions related to sports and culture have been organised by the committee. A better platform was provided to the players and artists and work was done to enhance their talents. Also present on this occasion were Manoranjan Tripathi, Narendra Padiyar, Samuel Chandra, Sameer Raina, Rajesh Saxena, Arvind Sonkar, Narendra Kumar, Sunil Panwar, etc.
