Dehradun 10 Sep: The Uttarakhand State BJP has released membership kits for all booths by launching posters regarding the Mahasampark Abhiyan under its Sangathan Parv.
State Party President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt disclosed on this occasion that a record 2.39 lakh people have taken membership of the party in the state in the first 6 days of the campaign. He also shared that the campaign will be run in a more intensive manner with the help of short-term vistaraks, public representatives and senior party officials in the campaign starting from tomorrow onwards.
During a programme held at the state party headquarters, Mahendra Bhatt today launched the membership kits to promote and speed up the membership campaign. On this occasion, he shared that, in this campaign that had started in the state from 3 September, a total of 2.39 lakh members had already been made till 3 p.m. yesterday. Now a week long Maha Jansampark Abhiyan will start from tomorrow. In which a contact campaign will be run at the booth level with short-term vistaraks, public representatives and party officials appointed for the assembly and division levels.
Bhatt claimed that there is a tremendous enthusiasm in the state to join the party due to the works of the double engine governments under the leadership of Modi and Dhami. Therefore, this week, the party will try to reach as many houses as possible in an organised manner in this important phase of the campaign. Along with connecting the common people to the party, the ideology of the organisation and the work of the government will also be promoted during the intensive phase of the campaign. He said the goal of this campaign is to make the party the largest party in the world again with even more numbers than before. The effort is to reach out to as many people as possible and convey the ideas of the organisation and the achievements of the government.
On this occasion, the state convener of the membership campaign, Kuldeep Kumar stated that membership kits have been sent to all 11,729 booths in the state. Each kit contains an offline membership form and a campaign sticker along with the form related to the work of the central and state governments and the ideas of the party. Through the form given in it, all those people can also be connected to the party who do not currently have a mobile number. In this phase, at least 200 families will be contacted at each booth and made members. In this one-week campaign, the short term vistaraks will give impetus to the campaign along with regional public representatives and officials all seven days. In this intensive campaign, all the MLAs and party officials will also be present at their booths and will also work to give impetus to the campaign at the booths assigned to them.
On this occasion, the state co-convenor of the membership campaign, Mukesh Koli, state co-media in-charge Rajendra Singh Negi, Kamlesh Uniyal, state spokesperson Sunita Vidyarthi and Kamlesh Raman, Vishal Gupta were among those present.
