DEHRADUN, 30 Dec: A farewell programme was organised at the Directorate of Information here ON Saturday, where Chief Administrative Officer Bhuwan Chandra Joshi and technical assistant Pramod Chandra Pant were given a warm farewell on their superannuation. On this occasion, additional Director Ashish Kumar Tripathi, recalling the work of Joshi and Pant said that both had performed their duties during the service period with diligence and dedication. In his address, Joint Director KS Chauhan also recalled the contribution made by both the personnel to the department and lauded the retiring officials. General Secretary of Uttarakhand Information Employees Union, Suresh Bhatt, on behalf of the Employees Union, spoke about the efforts made by Bhuwan Chandra Joshi as the president of the Union for the welfare of the employees.
Deputy Director Manoj Srivastava, Deputy Director Ravi Bijarnia, Assistant Director LP Bhatt, Chief Administrative Officer Paan Singh Bisht, officials of Information Association and others were present.
