Dehradun, 29 Apr: Dr Corey Glickman, former Vice President (Sustainability and Design Business) of Infosys Global, said today that India needs to focus on nature-based engineering.
Dr Corey Glickman was addressing a seminar on the Impact of AI and Sustainability at Graphic Era Hill University, here, today. He said that AI is playing an important role in solving complex problems of the modern world such as climate change, energy management, smart and green city planning. He emphasised on the need for controlling population to reduce pollution.
The event was organised by the Department of English. HOD Dr Rupinder Kaur, HOD, Computer Science and Engineering, Dr Anupam Singh, along with Dr Shipra Joshi, Dr Vipin Kumar, Yachana Suryavanshi, Vanshika, Senior Manager at Petroleum University, Shivam Joshi, and students were also present at the event.
