Senior citizens get vaccinated in Mussoorie

Mussoorie, 1 Mar: Corona vaccinations began to be administered to senior citizens at the Mussoorie Civil Community Sub District Hospital, here, today. All preparations had been made by the hospital team under the leadership of Dr Pradeep Rana, Covid-19 in-charge.
Senior citizens in large number gathered at the hospital to get the vaccine. The second dose of the vaccine will be applied after 28 days. Dr Rana said that, today, 45 seniors had been given the corona vaccine. More than 75 doctors and health workers were given the second dose of the corona vaccine. All were in good health. He said he was the first to be vaccinated. He was fully healthy and working regularly. He regretted that some people were spreading misconceptions about the corona vaccine but people should get vaccinated so that the corona battle could be won.
Senior citizen Jaipal Singh Sanjawan said that, in the morning he saw Prime Minister Narendra Modi getting vaccinated on TV, which inspired him to reach the hospital 10 kilometres away. He was registered through the Aadhaar card and vaccinated. He said that he was completely well. He said that the participation of all the people is necessary to win the battle.
CMS Dr Yatender Singh was also present on the occasion.
