DEHRADUN, 15 Nov: Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU) and Himalayan Garhwal University (HGU) have signed an MOU to make Health Services accessible in the far flung remote areas of the hills. Dr (Prof) Pitambar Prasad Dhyani, on behalf of Shri Guru Ram Rai University, and Dr (Prof) Nand Kishore Sinha, on behalf of Himalayan Garhwal University, signed this MOU. Both the reputed universities will organise Free Health Camps in the remote and very remote areas of the hills with the help of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. This information was made available by Vice Chancellor of SGRR University, Dr (Prof.) Pitambar Prasad Dhyani, today. He said that, prior to this, SGRR University had signed MOUs with a number of prestigious national and international institutions. This is the 10th MOU of the university. Before this MOU, SGRR University had also signed an important MOU with Himalayan Universities Consortium on an international level. Himalayan Universities Consortium is an association of 62 renowned universities of the world. After the MOU, SGRR University has also become associated with those 62 renowned universities. Present at the signing was Life Member of Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission, Dr Ram Naresh and Chancellors & Vice Chancellors of various private universities.
