Soldiers’ Welfare Minister Joshi pays floral tribute to Rifleman Sameer Ale

Haridwar, 27 Apr: Soldiers’ Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi today paid heartfelt tribute by laying a wreath on the mortal remains of Rifleman Sameer Ale (aged 26), a resident of Dehradun and a soldier of the 6/5 Gorkha Rifles, who attained martyrdom while on duty during training activities in Siliguri.

Minister Ganesh Joshi also met the bereaved family members, offering them condolences and assuring all possible support from the State Government. He affirmed that the government stands firmly with the families of martyrs and is committed to their welfare.

It may be noted that Rifleman Sameer Ale attained martyrdom during duty-related training activities in Siliguri.

On this occasion, District Soldiers’ Welfare Officer Dr Sarita Panwar, District Agriculture Officer Bhandari, DHO Tejpal, DDO Vedpal, and several other dignitaries were also present.
