Dehradun, 22 Jan: Several people from different regions of Uttarakhand who have performed best in various fields and have made the best use of government schemes have been selected as special guests to witness the Republic Day Parade on the Kartavya Path at the 76th Republic Day Parade in New Delhi on 26 January.
The categories of 46 more prominent special guests from Uttarakhand among the architects of Swarnim Bharat include Amisha Rawat, Deepa Devi in Paralympic Contingent & Winners of International Sport Events; Sangita, Saloni Yadav, Kamalesh Kashyap in PM-VISHWAKARMA Yojana; Joga Singh, Er Rajiv Ranjan in PM-KUSUM Yojana; Rajesh Bhandari, Jaya Sharma, Vipin Kumar Gupta, Chetan Oberoi, etc., in PM Surya Ghar Yojana; Dhan Singh in Handloom Artisans; Kush Butola, Bhupendra Singh, Naveen Rawat, Monu Kumar, etc., in Road Construction Workers; Pooja Rawat, Rameshwari Devi, Mamta, etc., in Water Warriors.
Special guests have been invited from various regions across India to witness the Republic Day Parade on the Kartavya Path to honour these achievers and their contribution in making themselves, their community, region, state and country proud by their performance in their respective fields.
