Mussoorie, 30 Mar: The 18th Annual Uttarakhand State Conference of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), Uttarakhand Chapter, was successfully held here from 28 to 30 March.
The conference was organised by the Dehradun branch of AOI under the leadership of Dr Alok Jain (President, USAOI), Dr SS Bisht (Secretary, USAOI), Dr Anoop Kaushal (Organising Chairman), Dr Ashwin Garg (Organising Secretary), Dr Vinish Agarwal (Joint Organising Secretary), and Dr Chetan Bansal (Treasurer).
A highlight of the event was the conferment of the Lifetime Achievement Award upon Dr DM Kala, the founding President of the State Association, in recognition of his exemplary and unmatched contributions to the field of ENT in Uttarakhand.
The three-day conference witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 100 ENT surgeons from across Uttarakhand and neighbouring states, making it a remarkable success and a significant platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and advancement in the field of otolaryngology.
