Ravindra Jugran meets DGP Seth, seeks early recruitment to vacant police posts

Dehradun, 28 Aug: BJP Uttarakhand State Spokesperson Ravindra Jugran met Uttarakhand Director General of Police (DGP) Deepam Seth at the Police Headquarters here, today, and held discussions on various important issues concerning the state police department.

During the meeting, Jugran urged the DGP to ensure that the recruitment process for the vacant posts of police constables and sub-inspectors is initiated at the earliest. He requested that the details of the vacant posts be forwarded to the Home Department of the Uttarakhand Government and that the necessary approval for publishing the recruitment notification be obtained without delay.

Jugran emphasised that filling the vacant positions is essential for strengthening the police force, improving its efficiency, and ensuring more effective maintenance of law and order in the state.

DGP Deepam Seth adopted a positive approach to the matter and assured Jugran that the issue is already under the consideration of the police department. He further assured that necessary steps would be taken at the earliest to fill the vacant posts of constables and sub-inspectors.

Jugran welcomed the positive assurance given by the DGP and expressed hope that the recruitment process would be expedited.
