Haldwani, 26 Nov: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the wedding ceremony of the daughter of Union Minister of State for Defence Ajay Bhatt held in Haldwani, today, and blessed the newly married couple. The police had made elaborate security arrangements in view of the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s visit to Haldwani.
While speaking to the media, Rajnath Singh said that the Central and State Governments are fully prepared to evacuate the laborers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel.
