Dehradun, 3 Oct: The 14th Shri Rohitash Singh Memorial Inter School Boys Super 8’s Cricket Tournament 2025 was inaugurated at The Heritage School, here, today. Principal Dr Anju Tyagi, School President Avadhesh Chaudhary and Councillor Charu Chaudhary were present on this occasion.
Eleven schools are participating in the tournament. These are St Thomas’ College; Doon International School; Col Brown School; Guru Nanak Academy; New Doon Blossoms School; St Jude’s School; The Heritage School (North Campus); Doon Blossoms School; Winhill Global School; Cambridge School, Dalanwala; The Heritage School.
The first match of the tournament was played between Col Brown School and Doon International School. Col Brown School won the toss and decided to bat first. In the first innings, Col Brown School scored 15 runs at a loss of 3 wickets, and Doon International School scored 49 runs for 2 wickets. In the second innings, Col Brown School scored 28 runs with a loss of 4 wickets and were not able to get a lead due to which Doon International School won the match by 6 runs and one innings.
