Saini has proved her mettle by organising two competitions at the national level and several competitions at the state level in Wushu. She has taught self-defence skills to women personnel of the PAC, Civil Police and other government institutions, and has led many teams of Wushu martial arts.

After marriage, Aarti Saini came to Missarpur village of Haridwar district. With her soft behaviour and sports skills, she is earning fame as a player, sports coach and self-defence instructor. She has also been honoured by many organisations for this contribution.
