Dehradun, 7 Aug: Lt General DS Rana, Commander-in-Chief, Andaman & Nicobar Command, and Colonel of the Regiment, Garhwal Rifles and Garhwal Scouts, paid a courtesy call on the Uttarakhand Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) at the Raj Bhawan, here, today.
During the meeting, they discussed key issues related to national security, welfare of ex-servicemen, civil-military coordination, and the glorious traditions of the Garhwal Rifles.
