Dehradun, 7 Aug: Jagadguru Niranjanananda Puri Maharaj, Peethadheeshwar of Kaginle Kanak Guru Peeth, paid a courtesy call on Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd), at the Raj Bhawan, here, today.
During their meeting, the Governor and Swamiji held discussions on spiritual awakening, the promotion of moral values, and character building among the youth.
On this occasion, Swamiji also offered prayers at the Raj Prajneshwar Temple, praying for the happiness, prosperity of the people of the state, and the well-being of those affected by natural calamities.
