Dehradun, 31 Jan: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi’s birthday was celebrated as Service Day, here, today.
BJP National General Secretary and Uttarakhand in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam participated as the Chief Guest at the concluding programme of the Seva Week organised from 25 to 31 January, at the birthday celebration held today at the Community Hall, Guniyalgaon.
Gautam congratulated Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi on his birthday and wished him a long life. He said that during this Seva Week, the poor and helpless people were helped and useful things were distributed at many places in the Mussoorie assembly constituency. He asserted that Minister Ganesh Joshi rules the hearts of the people. He claimed that the Central and State Governments are working for the welfare of the poor and the deprived, empowerment of women and strengthening the economy. If poor people are uplifted then the country will be uplifted. The public welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments have been made focusing on the poor, deprived and women. He also asked Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi to provide darshan of Ayodhya Ramlala to the residents of the area.
Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi expressed gratitude to all the party officials and workers for their immense love. He also announced the construction of a wedding point in Purkulgaon.
On this occasion, Minister Joshi’s wife Nirmala Joshi, Minister of State Vinay Rohila as special guest, State Minister Aditya Chauhan, National Vice President of BJYM Neha Joshi, Metropolitan President Siddharth Aggarwal, State President of Kisan Morcha Jogendra Pundir, Bhimtal MLA Ram Singh Kaida, District Panchayat Vice President Deepak Pundir, Veer Singh Chauhan, Anuj Kaushal, Poonam Nautiyal, Anurag, Kiran, etc., were also present.
