Dehradun, 6 Aug: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid a courtesy call on Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) at the Raj Bhawan here on Tuesday. They discussed and deliberated on contemporary issues related to the state.
The Chief Minister informed the Governor about the progress of relief and rescue operations being carried out by the administration after the damage to the Kedarnath pedestrian route.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also apprised the Governor about the recently concluded Kanwar Yatra and the impact of the monsoon on the state.
The Governor praised the Chief Minister for personally reaching the spot and leading the ongoing relief and rescue operations in Kedarnath.
