DEHRADUN, 17 Oct: CM TS Rawat met General Bipin Rawat in New Delhi, today, and discussed some important issues relevant to Uttarakhand. It was the first meeting between the two after General Rawat’s taking over as Chairman, Chiefs of Staff Committee. The CM said General Rawat’s new appointment was an honour for Uttarakhand.
