CM Dhami holds Janata Milan in Banbasa, orders resolution of grievances at ‘appropriate’ levels

Dehradun, 31 Oct: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami heard the grievances of local people of Champawat district at a Mukhya Sevak Janta Milan programme organised at Devbhoomi College of Education in Banbasa.

At the event, the Chief Minister was apprised of various problems by the people. Many of the problems put before him were related to construction of roads, water logging, problems related to supply of drinking water, self-employment, solar energy, toilet construction, etc. The Chief Minister lent a patient ear to the problems shared by the people at the Janata Milan.

The Chief Minister directed the officers to resolve the problems of the people in time so that no one would have to face unnecessary trouble. He instructed the officers that the problems of the people should be resolved at the level at which these were related. They ought to be resolved at the local level so that they would not have to be brought by the people to the higher level or state level. He warned that responsibility of the officials concerned would be fixed if the complaints were not resolved at the local level.

Present at the public hearing were State BJYM President Shashank Rawat, BJP District President Deep Pathak, BJP State Minister Hema Joshi, Nagar Panchayat President, Banbasa, Renu Agarwal, Vice President Santosh Thapliyal, Superintendent of Police Devendra Pincha, Chief Development Officer RS ​​Rawat and others.
