DEHRADUN, 4 Jan: A farewell ceremony was held here on Saturday in the auditorium of the Police Headquarters to bid farewell to Deputy Inspector General of Police (Crime and Law and Order) P Renuka Devi, as she is set to join the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as DIG.
The farewell was attended by senior officers of the Uttarakhand Police Department, including Director General of Police Deepam Seth, ADG Crime and Law and Order V Murugeshan, and ADG Administration, (Intelligence, and Security) AP Anshuman.
In her address, Renuka Devi expressed heartfelt gratitude to her colleagues at Police Headquarters, acknowledging their cooperation and dedication, which she said were instrumental in the successful execution of her responsibilities.
DGP Seth and other senior officers lauded Renuka Devi for her efficiency, leadership skills, and significant contributions to maintaining law and order in the state. On this occasion, Seth also presented her with a memento as a token of appreciation and extended his best wishes for her future endeavours in the CBI.
