Dehradun, 27 Jul: Doon International School emerged as the Overall Champion at the prestigious All India Shri Naveen Agarwal Ji Inter-School Debate Competition, organised by Unison World School. The students demonstrated exceptional eloquence, intellectual rigour and composure throughout the competition.
In the English Debate, Aahana Rawat was adjudged Best Speaker in the Preliminary Round. In the Final Round, Swatantra Chaudhary was declared Best Speaker, while Aahana Rawat earned the distinction of Runner-Up Speaker, reflecting the school’s sustained excellence in the art of debating.
The school’s success continued in the Hindi Debate, where Saksham Bhardwaj was awarded the title of Second Best Speaker. The debating duo of Gauranshi Badoni and Saksham Bhardwaj emerged victorious in the Hindi Debate, further consolidating Doon International School’s outstanding performance.
With multiple individual honours and victories across both debate categories, Doon International School was crowned the Overall Champion, reaffirming its dedication to academic excellence and the all-round development of its students.
