Dehradun, 27 Jul: Multi-talented model and actress Vaishnavi Lohani has been nominated as a member of the Advisory Board of Sain Srijan Patal. The announcement was made by the organisation’s founder, retired Principal Prof KL Talwar.
Prof Talwar stated that Sain Srijan Patal was established on 9 August 2024 with the motto, “Always Committed to the Promotion of Writing and Creativity in Uttarakhand”. Honouring talented individuals is one of the platform’s key objectives. The organisation will celebrate its second Foundation Day on 9 August, during which Vaishnavi will be formally inducted as the sixth member of the Advisory Board.
Vaishnavi Lohani has earned recognition in the fields of modelling and acting through her hard work and determination. Her achievements include being the First Runner-up of Miss Uttarakhand 2025, Miss Almora, Miss Photogenic, and Miss Beautiful Smile. She was also awarded the title of Miss Talented at the Femina Miss India 2026 Uttarakhand competition.
Widely regarded as a role model for young girls in Uttarakhand, Vaishnavi believes that true talent is never limited by a lack of resources. She has modelled for various Uttarakhand-based jewellery, apparel, and other brands. In addition to modelling, she is a skilled dancer and actress with a strong commitment to preserving the cultural heritage of Uttarakhand.
Vaishnavi actively participates in charity programmes and public welfare initiatives. In recognition of her achievements and social commitment, Sain Srijan Patal has honoured her on several occasions.

Members of the Advisory Board, including senior physician Dr SD Joshi, retired principals Prof Janaki Panwar and Prof Rajesh Kumar Ubhan, writer and actor Dr Anoop Virendra Kathait, and litterateur Dr Chandra Bhushan Bijalwan, also congratulated Vaishnavi Lohani on her appointment.
