Ganesh Joshi urges citizens to take PM’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ to every household

Dehradun, 28 Jun: Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi joined party workers to listen to the 135th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat, at the residence of Shakti Kendra Convener Nirmala Bhatt in Dakra, Garhi Cantt (Booth No. 136) of the Mussoorie Assembly constituency.

Speaking on the occasion, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi said that Mann Ki Baat is not merely a radio programme but has evolved into a powerful platform connecting millions of citizens across the country. Through this initiative, the Prime Minister highlights inspiring stories of people from different sections of society, including innovators, social organisations, youth, women, farmers, scientists, and many unsung heroes, bringing their contributions to national attention.

He said that the programme strengthens the spirit of public participation while emphasising the role of every citizen in nation-building. It also conveys inspiring messages on a wide range of important subjects, including cleanliness, environmental conservation, Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), promotion of local products, innovation, culture, education, and various social causes.

The Cabinet Minister further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s thoughts and messages inspire citizens to contribute positively towards the development of society and the nation. He appealed to all citizens, BJP workers, and public representatives to listen to Mann Ki Baat in large numbers and actively help spread the Prime Minister’s inspiring messages to every section of society.

Among those present on the occasion were Mandal President Rajeev Gurung, Shakti Kendra Convener Nirmala Bhatt, Booth President Tulsi Devi, Minister of State Jyoti Kotiya, along with several party office-bearers and workers.
