Dehradun, 29 Jun: A Faculty Induction Programme has commenced at Graphic Era to familiarise teachers with modern teaching methods, Artificial Intelligence, and value-based education. The programme will continue for a week.
The Faculty Induction Programme, titled Guru Dakshata 2.0, was inaugurated today at Graphic Era Deemed University by Vice Chancellor Dr Narpinder Singh. Addressing the participants, he said that, in the changing academic environment, teachers must continuously keep themselves updated by adopting AI and modern technologies. He added that the objective of quality education is not merely to impart knowledge, but also to develop moral values, innovation, and life skills among students, preparing them to face future challenges.
The Faculty Induction Programme has been organised by the Human Resource Development Centre of Graphic Era Deemed University. The event was attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Dr Santosh S Saraf, Registrar Dr Naresh Kumar Sharma, and faculty members. The programme was hosted by Dr Bharti Sharma.
