Dehradun, 27 Nov: Okesh Chhabra, a faculty member at Graphic Era Deemed University, has been honoured with the Rex Karmaveer Chakra Award for the third time.
This award was presented to Okesh by the International Association of NGOs (iCONGO) and the United Nations. It recognises individuals who act as catalysts and contribute to social development. This year, Okesh received the gold medal. Previously, he received the silver medal in 2023 and the bronze medal in 2019.
Okesh was honoured with the award at a ceremony organised at Shri Ram Millennium School, Noida.
