Dehradun, 16 Apr: Two league matches were held in the 4th PC Batta Memorial All India Cricket Tournament at the Oval Ground of Kasiga School, here, today. The first match was played between The Asian School and Gyan Ganga Public School. The toss was won by Gyan Ganga, who decided to go bat first. It scored 91 runs in 20 overs. The Asian School was only able to score 89 runs in 20 overs. Gyan Ganga won by 7 runs. Man of the Match was Kashif Ansari.
The next match was between Col Brown Cambridge School and Kasiga School-A. The toss was won by Col Brown School who decided to field first. Kasiga School A team scored 145 runs in 20 overs. Col Brown School could only score 70 runs in 13.4 overs. Man of the Match was Manav Bhatia. The Umpires for today’s matches were Mohit Sharik and Saurav, while Ashish Singh was the scorer.
