Dehradun, 2 May: On Labour Day, 1 May, Convent of Jesus and Mary School celebrated Helpers’ Day with great enthusiasm and joy.
A special programme was organised for the Helper Staff of the school, appreciating their commitment and diligence.
The prayers and hymns were apt and moving. The students put up an enchanting show with some favourite Bollywood songs of the eighties, a Garhwali folk dance and a special dance by the Junior School.
Interesting games, prizes and a special bonus from the management made the celebration even more significant.
To mark the Feast of St Joseph, the St Joseph House students were wished a happy feast day and this was followed by a spirited rendition of their House Song and House Motto.
Later, the Helpers were treated to a sumptuous lunch by the school management.
