Dehradun, 28 Nov: The Human Rights and Social Justice Organisation organised a tracksuit distribution programme in memory of the late Suresh Chandra Jain, National President of Bharatiya Jain Milan, and Senior Social Worker the late Dinesh Jain at Shri Mahavir Jain Girls Inter College, Tilak Road.
The Chief Guest was the Speaker of the Uttarakhand Assembly, Ritu Khanduri Bhushan. Dr Geeta Khanna, Chairperson of the Uttarakhand Child Commission, Lokesh Jain, General Secretary of Uttarakhand Jain Samaj, and Gaurav Jain, Director of Core International School, were the special guests.
The programme was presided over by Sachin Jain, President of the organisation, who highlighted its various activities, while State President Madhu Jain efficiently conducted the proceedings.
Ritu Khanduri shared her thoughts, stating: “Education is the saviour that turns dreams into reality. It reveals your exceptional qualities, acts as a guiding mirror, and provides the wings to soar to greater heights. We must strengthen education as the cornerstone of our future.”
Dr Geeta Khanna, Chairperson of the Child Commission, added: “Education is a lifelong journey. It can be pursued formally, informally, and through self-learning, making it an enduring and empowering process.”
Prominent personalities, including National Patron Naresh Chand Jain, State General Secretary Monty Kohli, SP Singh, Sandeep Jain, S Jain, School Manager Mamlesh Jain, Anil Jain, Dilbag Singh, Roshan Rana, Hema Mara and Pradeep Nagalia were also present.
