DEHRADUN , 12 July: Graphic Era University organised a population awareness fortnight on its campus, here. NCC cadets from various PG and inter colleges in the city made people aware of the harmful effects of population growth. Winners of various competitions organised during the awareness fortnight were felicitated by the university authorities, today. Speaking on the last day of the awareness fortnight, Commanding Officer of the 29 UK Battalion, Col Sudeep Bose apprised cadets about the harmful effects of population growth and its control. Lt Dinesh Pandey, Subedar Major Baljinder, unit JCO Tilak Gurang were present during the event.
