RISHIKESH, 5 Oct: On the occasion of World Teacher’s Day, actor Rajkummar Rao and his wife, actress Patralekhaa, visited Parmarth Niketan and received blessings from Swami Chidanand Saraswati.
Swami Chidanand emphasized that Indian sages have not only imparted knowledge over the centuries but have also laid the foundation of morality, religion, and human values. The couple shared their spiritual and cultural experiences, expressing how their previous visit during the International Yoga Festival brought them peace through Indian culture, yoga, and meditation.
Chidanand Saraswati gifted them a Rudraksha plant, inspiring them towards Indian culture and environmental conservation. He described them as beautiful letters written by the Divine, contributing positively to society.
Rajkummar and Patralekhaa noted that the experience of the Ganga Aarti was one of the most significant moments in their lives, stating that their journey to Parmarth Niketan has provided them with a new direction and perspective. They expressed a deep connection to the place, calling it their second home and describing it as a heavenly sanctuary.
