Dehradun, 8 Sep: The Samarpan IAS Institute, Indira Nagar, recently hosted a special programme to felicitate nine of its students who achieved outstanding success in the Uttarakhand PCS Exam 2021.
The Chief Guest was Thakur Singh, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax. Special guests included Sachin Jain, National President of the Human Rights and Social Justice Organisation; Madhu Jain, State President of HRSJA and State Co-Convener of BJP Uttarakhand; Manoj Pandey, former Civil Servant with the Indian Railway Personnel Service; and Hemant Kotiyal, Civil Servant and Recovery Officer at the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
The event was skilfully conducted by Samarpan Director Samridhi Mamgain. In her address, she congratulated the successful candidates: Aditya Tiwari and Luv Sharma, who will serve as Deputy Superintendents of Police; Bilal Khan, who will take on the role of State Tax Officer; Neha Belwal, who will become a Child Development Project Officer; Utkarsh Chauhan, who will serve as a Publicity Officer; Ankit Kumar and Ashish Sharma, who will be Assistant Registrars; and Amit Kishore Thapliyal, who will be the Director, Factory and Boiler.
Speakers at the event praised the candidates for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Director Mamgain also announced a new scholarship initiative aimed at supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in future batches preparing for Civil Services and Uttarakhand PCS examinations. Among those honoured during the ceremony were Luv Sharma, Bilal Khan, Ashish Sharma and Neha Belwal.
